A Sweet Scarf!

A cute tutu for little girls!

This is an adorable little skirt that is fun to make for younger sisters! Just for dress-up or even for real ballet. It's easy enough that they can help too!

You will need:

2 rolls of tulle, different colors or the same

Ribbon for the top, at least 9 yards, 12 would be better

Elastic, I used 1 inch, 3/4 inch would be better

Embellishment (if desired)

Just disregard what she says about the 6'' tulle, I used it and it worked fine.

We used pink and green tulle and inserted a little bit of purple ribbon here and there.

We measured the tulle 20'' long.
